Was wondering if any one knew where i could get a hold of one of these?

I have a scanned pdf copy of it, its not the greatest scan but it is readable. If it is ok to share it I could send it to you.

Really? I bought it just because Dave did it and there was a way to get it signed when I bought it. It's been sitting in a bag all these years...
