GFA 2019 - Theme or free-for-all?

I seem to recall this topic being discussed on the G+ group some time ago, and the resolution was for the 2018 volume to be open to all submissions without a focussed topic. Are the organizers going to keep things open again for this year, or is a topic being decided upon (like Pandemonium for 2017)?

I heard some chat about a topic this year but past that haven't seen what it is just that there was going to be one.
