I don't think there has been a direct sequel to Portal published by Goodman Games.
I know there have been fan-made follow-up adventures, one of which is in the Gongfarmer's Almanac from 2016 (IIRC), which is free in PDF. https://gongfarmersalmanac.com/
Part of the game's ethos is one of DIY, so I think it's intentional that there is no official sequel.
