I am thinking of running a MA campaign based on the tribal conflicts of the Fatimas of Tribe 8. The Fatimas would be rogue AIs or the fractured consciounesses of a virally infected AI. These mini machine gods would try to lead thier followers to a better existence but one dominated by their warped philosophies and mutated data drives.
I think the two settings can have some nice crossover... Maybe the Z'bri would be aliens crashed onto the ship, or extra dimension beings now warped on board.
If you do not know Tribe 8, it is one of he most well wriiten game lines ever. IMHO. The rules are not to everyone's liking, but the depth and story is simply jaw dropping.

Re: Tribe 8 meets MA
I don't know Tribe 8 but this sounds like a wonderful way to run a MA campaign. The thing is, the Warden is so darned huge that all sorts of cool stuff can be tucked away into various corners of the starship. And Jim's settings have long made use of the rogue A.I. concept, so this seems to fit very well.
