Module purchased on Amazon, no PDF code?

I purchased DCC Lankhmar #7 (A Dozen Lankhmar Locations), and the usual coupon code graphic is on the first page, but there's no actual code for me to use on DTRPG.
I've noticed this on other DCC modules purchased from Amazon. Is this a normal thing?

The first print runs of the first batch of Lankhmar modules came from the printer without the PDF codes they were supposed to have...
If you email the info@ address, they can set you up with a PDF.
