What Campagin Settings Do You Use for DCC?
I am curious how many people out there use an established setting for their campaigns and how many use their own home brew? Anyone using Greyhawk, FR, Known Realms, etc?

Sorry, folks. I saw that this topic was already covered.

I use the Blackmarsh campaign setting. Also, I will be using The Trolls of Mistwood village which will be added to the Blackmarsh campaign setting. Just wish GG would redo/update their own campaign setting or least make a new smaller one. Would add more depth to the game. They could make a boxed set of it...
As for a starter village and a place that my players have called home for the last 1.5 years...village of Hirot. After cleaning out the evil that plagued the village it turned out a nice place.
High above the windswept moors and darksome woods, the village of Hirot is under siege. Each night, as the sun sinks beneath the western mountains and the candles burn low, a devil-beast stalks the village streets, unleashing its savage fury on the living. From warlord to pauper, crone to child, no one is safe.

I've been running a campaign for the last 20 months in a home-brewed mythic-Northumbria-and-planet-of-Oceanus,-home-of-the-Atlanteans setting. The party is currently in a pyramid/temple of the Atlantean god Hyperion trying to figure out how to bring the dead god back to life.

I haven't mine yet, but I'm seriously thinking to adapt some Pelgrane Press supplements for Dying Earth rpg, to be more precise the books "The Kaiin Player's Guide" and "The Scaum Valley Gazeteer" both books are 90% generic background information.
Anyone tried already to use these?

i read through them. they appear as too timid for DCC, for lack of a better word. also, for me, dcc is more nehwon than dying earth.

I use a fantasy earth setting: The game year started at AD 867, the players are in the Bavarian Marches, near the Bulgarian and Croatian borders. The city of Siscia (Sisak - find it on a map) is the main city of the game.
That being said, I'm using a more Hollywood middle ages than realistic middle ages. I've done realistic; but this game we just wanna have fun.

Like all my campaigns we are more of the "short story" mentality. The PCs move from module to module with little concern of any setting. The background of the campaign is the background the various modules create.
