DCC #51 art for sale?
Will any of the artwork from Castle Whiterock be sold by Goodman Games? I don't see anything in the store from the more recent DCC's.

I'm guessing no. Will the art store section be updated with art from some of the more recent DCC's or is it at the bottom of your to do list? I' m sure your busy with all of the new projects GG is taking on. Still It would be nice to see more of a selection in this area.

I would like to buy art from Castle Whiterock and other more recent DCCs.

Re: DCC #51 art for sale?
The art store is a collaboration between us and the artists. It's relatively easy to update provided the artists are interested in parting with their work, which isn't always the case. Which art or artists from Castle Whiterock are you interested in purchasing? I can contact them to see if they're interested.
Re: DCC #51 art for sale?
Pretty much anything by Jason Edwards, Chuck Whelon, William McAusland, Mark Parsons, Alex Kosakowski, Doug Kovacs, or Mike Wilson.
All the artists in Whiterock are great but those are my favorites.
Also Mike Wilson did some art in Devil in the Mist that I would like to maybe get.

Hi, I'm Chuck Whelon, the artist for the covers of the individual Whiterock modules, and some of the interior art. I have also done a few other DCC covers over the years. You can see some of them here (the Whiterock covers aren't there, but the three pieces of interior art I did for the series are there):
http://www.stripamatic.com/~pewfell/whe ... s/dcc.html
I did already sell the cover for the second Whiterock module (with the giant turtle) to the author). All the other originals are potentially available for sale.
Paintings are acrylic paint on bristol. Sizes vary, but they're approximately double the size they are printed on the actual covers. The black & white drawings are mostly pen & ink on tracing paper. I also have separate pencil sketches of some them. If you're interested in any I can give you more specific details.

I'm interested in William McAusland's work the most, but any of the Whiterock art would be great.
Mr. Whelon can you give me any prices for your work? Example: Paintings $150, Inks $75, Pencils $35 or should we contact you and make an offer?

Thank you. I can't even guess how many quarters that me and my friends put into that machine when I was a kid.

Re: DCC #51 art for sale?
At first I was terrible as well. Then I started looking away from my jouster and focusing on the others. If I could keep my guy in the corner of my eye then the game got a lot easier. My friends didn't have the same success. They all thought I was nuts. This game humbled so many people. I don't care how good you thought you were if you weren't focused and on your game you weren't making it past level three.

Joust was my buddy Bryan and mine favorite arcade game. When we were young teens and my mother would take us to Banister Mall up in Kansas City, my friend would often come. My sister and I would each get $5 to entertain us for two hours while my mom shopped at Sears, J. C. Penny's, etc. My sister would always use her money to see a movie. Us guys would head over to the Fun Factory arcade room. Most of that five spot went into the Joust machine! Wonderful game to be able to play together at the same time.

I've been to Banister mall. Got most of my video game playing at LeMans/Bally's in the Pittsburg mall.
Loved that pterodactyl.
The red guy was "Bounder," I think. Somebody was "Shadowlord," maybe?

Re: DCC #51 art for sale?
Jumping on the end of this old thread in case anyone is interested in getting one of the original cartoons I did for the DCCRPG rulebook? I'm running a Kickstarter for my webcomic "Pewfell" and am offering some of the original cartoonsas pledge rewards. There are 4 left and just 30 hours to go:
