I read that the 3rd printing of The Dungeon Alphabet is going to be expanded with new art. I have the first printing, and I am wondering what sorts of expansion TDA 3rd is going to have. My wallet wants to know!
Thanks,
Daniel

Cathbad the Meek (herbalist Wizard 1): AC 9; 4 hp; S 7, A 7, St 10, P 17, I 13, L 8; Neutral; Club, herbs, 50' rope, 50 cp; -1 to melee attack rolls. Hideous scar.
In short, the third printing is 33% larger and contains 8 all new entries detailing tropes that wouldn't fit in the original. Potions, stairs, dragons, and treasure chests are just a few of the new entries. Plus, there's more excellent artwork by artists both new and old. Joseph may have more details coming soon, but hopefully that provides some information for you.

Which just means that I'm going to need to buy a new copy.

Ω is for end-games!? ה stands for half-human hybrids!? Ñ is for free stuff...?
My gamer heart is on-board for the expansion -- my pragmatic wallet is playing things coolly...

Well, sure: Twenty-six letter might have been good enough for your grandpa, but in this high-paced, "eat or be eaten" world of the 21st century, no less than hundreds (HUNDREDS!) of letters will suffice!
In all seriousness, no new letters, just new, groovy stuff and artwork to celebrate three print runs and the Three Castles Award. Hence the 33% bigger size!

Glad your copy showed up in time to provide a pleasant distraction! I hope you're finding it to your liking. I know I had a lot of fun expanding it and that Goodman Games lined up some more top notch art to help illustrate my funky ideas.

I wasn't going to buy this because I still have a 1st print in excellent condition, but then my local game shoppe had a special-cover printing and I couldn't pass up on it....
