UK retailer issues

Does anyone know a good way to contact Goodman regarding problems with a retailer of their products in the UK.

I ordered a 4th Edition First Time Fan Pack 2 months ago that the retailer in question claimed to have in stock but they now keep telling me that there is a delay in shipping it from the US.

I'd just like to find some way to fact check this as I have a feeling they are stringing me along hoping I'll forget about my order (which was paid for upfront).
