Do you guys think that Authors/Filmmakers from the 20th century (H.P. Lovecraft, Clive Barker, Dario Argento, John Carptenter, George A Romero, ect) would have still existed (and their work) in the Etherscope timeline?

I wonder there's any 1920s style (the Victorian version) Mafia or Organised Crime (or the Warriors style Street Gangs) in Etherscope?

and what about the Old West Gunslingers? are they still around?
