Hey MadEd i checked my d20 Modern book, cannot find that sidebar on page 204 is some table for Setting Purchase DCs I then scarfed up again the Wealth RTF off the evil companies website. Copied and pasted into here without using the OGL license. But it is their stuff So hopefully you get some ideas ...
