I just learned of this module. Any reason why it isn't for sale as a PDF anywhere? I gather it was for a con in 2005 - can't it be freed for general sale yet?

Any movement towards publishing these PDFs? If not, can you at least tell us why they cannot be sold?

I can't honestly list a top 10, or 5, for the DCC's since I have only used/run around 15 of them and played in couple more.
