Miniatures: Does anyone have suggestions for female minis?

It's particularly difficult to find minis for female dwarves, gnomes, and halflings. The very few I can find are straight-up fantasy, not suitable for the more techie classes of DragonMech. Suggestions, anyone?

Have you ever checked out Olley's Armies? They have lots of great figs, including female "scrunties" which could pass for DragonMech dwarves:

Yeah, I had looked at them. They're pretty ugly, though. If I saw them on the shelf at a reasonable price, I might pick one up, but they're not nice enough to actually order through mail. :(
