[cons] Roll Call for Gorilla Con 4 - March 16-18 (2007)

Post by tacojohn4547 »

Here is some info on the upcoming Gorilla Con 4:

Dates: March 16-18, 2007

Location: Pittsburg, KS (Holiday Inn Express)

Link to the sponsoring gaming group: http://www.sekgg.org

Event registration wasn't up yet last week, so I don’t have any idea what events have been scheduled (if any) so far. This is a pretty loosely-run convention. IIRC, most of the events got added to the “official list” in the last couple of weeks leading up to the con.

But, it was a fun con that was close to home, and that is a good thing. On top of that, the charity auction is great.

I'll probably be running something in First Edition on Saturday; might even be one of Harley's new DCC's!

I hope some of the GG community can turn out for Gorilla Con 4.

Cash dependent, I will be there ... if only to meet Grodog in person. :)

Ah, my old stomping grounds...grew up in Girard, folks still live there, finished my education at PSU. It's so cool there's a con there now! Dig the Gus-thulhu logo, too.

Can't make the con, though.

I won't be able to make that, unfortunately -- partly because I'll be busy the following weekend running a DCC at ConnCon in Stamford, CT. (Prereg for that should start in a couple of weeks.)

Alas, Harley, you'll likely have to wait for GenCon, unless you'll be coming back home with tacojohn :D since I'm not attending GC4 :(

Grodog,

*nods* Taco gave me the heads up. I look forward to meeting you at GenCon! I've been a fan of your Greyhawk work for longer than I can recall...
