The People of the Pit & Áereth

Hello fellow crawlers,

Any idea where in Áereth that The People of the Pit takes place? It says "north", but I'm wondering if the designers had a specific location in mind when designing the adventure.

I've identified the Wall of Ablyos - which is described as a canyon of mythical proportions. In my own time line - I've decided the War of Divine Right awoke the beast from its slumber.
