I'm confused about elves and magic. Can elves use the same spell burn rules as wizards, or is it just a wizard thing? Also, are elves subject to corruption? Finally, can elves duel magically with wizards?

I'm pretty sure it says that Elves use the exact same rules for magic as Wizards in all ways, so yes they can spellburn, and yes they can suffer corruption, and yes they can spell duel.
