This result on the Luck Table doesn't say that you get a minimum of 1HP per level (whereas the entry for Stamina does).

Agreed. Also, don't forget that there are some other sections of the boards devoted to specific topics of the rulebook and playtesting. The "general" boards should start to become obsolete pertty soon.....
