I suspect that a better approach might be to have a single "Goodman Games" magazine -- whether it be Level Up or something entirely different -- instead of trying to put together seperate magazines for each game line.
I've been following the progress of TrollsZine, a free rpg magazine for Tunnels & Trolls. Also I've watched the progress of Fight On!, a magazine devoted to retro rpgs. All of these seem to be a lot of work by a few people and I'm not sure how many copies actually get distributed. I'm not sure that a Cthulhu-only magazine could justify its own existance in terms of sales.
Now, if you could combine all of the product lines into a single magazine and make it kind of like the old Dragon magazine from the 1980's, that might generate some interest.
Just my two cents.
