possible eratta? scythe and shroud - stream of vomit

the 'stream of vomit' power (on pg 50 i think?) is listed as being reliable, but also has a miss effect. was this intentional? typically reliable powers do nothing on a miss but are not expended.

Is that a necromancer power, or one of its paragon paths?

It's an error. The reliable keyword is redundant.
