That cover looks fan-tas-tic! ...as if I wasn't jonesin' to play Cthulhu already anyway... I discovered years ago, if your group is used to 'bash the monsters' D&D, if you have a few early encounters, Mythos-realted or not, where one or more PC's are nearly dead by the end of them, it establishes a new tone pretty effectively and quickly. Dimensional Shamblers attacking at 4 AM while everyone was asleep, and a chase through flooded 'tunnels' where two characters nearly drowned set the tone for the rest of the campaign....
