Dragora's Dungeon Campaing Log

Post by The Chatty DM »

Hello GG fans,

I will start blogging about my 4e campaign tonight (Monday Sept 1st) at 8h00 PM.

The 1st adventure we have tackled is Harley's Dragora's Dungeon. We played a few encounters last Friday and it rocks big time.

If you are interested in following it, feel free to follow this link... it will be updated roughly every two weeks.

Thanks to Goodman Games, you guys had the brilliance to create an advanced adventure for experienced DMs/players who switched to the new edition.

I hope to see you on the blog!

Part two goes live tonight at 8h pm EST. It actually gets into the first 3 encounters of the adventure and was very satisfying.

Huge Spoiler alert as I post about the content of the adventure and use partial maps and art from the adventure...

(Jonathan/Harley, please feel free to tell me if my doing so makes you uncomfortable, I can make post visible to you before it goes live if you want. I basically scanned the Assassin Zain Kin as the header of the Post and parts of 2 maps where I added where my PCs were and such. I'll link back to the adventure in the posts' credit...)

Cheers...

Phil,

I don't have a problem with this. It's good to see folks enjoying the adventure. I'm looking forward to your report. :)

I forgot to come back here.

I hacked the Snake temple part to make it more Indiana Jonesy. It worked perfectly!

I unfortunately fumbled the Lost City part of the adventure from lack of prepping (I blame the Kobolds).

See the last game session notes here.

I did however manage to recuperate the finale and will be playing it tonight. I seriously upgraded the last two rooms with exploding Braziers and old broken Dragon head statues that spew death when triggered by rogues.

I'll post about it, promise!

Have a great weekend
