Hi, folks. I'm DMing a party of brave souls through DCC2 soon and I had a question about adding the Dragonkin abilities to a couple baddies per the module's scaling info. The only problem is that I don't see where these abilities are described so I can add them to other characters. Can anyone tip me off as to how I can add those abilities to characters without them? Thanks a lot, and thanks to the Goodman folks for all these excellent adventures. We're having a lot o' fun with 'em.

Hi! Hmm. Is this thing on? Well, if there's no info about Dragonkin in the module itself (which seems really odd, given how well done the DCCs tend to be) can anyone point me to a source of Dragonkin info so that the upgraded baddies in Rho's terrible vault can be properly upgraded? Thanks a zillion!

Hello Dungeonero,

Sorry no one replied to your post sooner. I haven’t used the 3.X rules in two or three years now, and hopefully one of the posters more versed in this ruleset can give you a better answer.

Here are the bonuses I see for a creature in DCC #2 being transformed into the Dragonkin:

+4 to natural AC,
+4 to melee attack,
+10 ft to movement,
+1on fortitude saves,
+4 on both Move Silently and Search skills,
A breath weapon doing 3d6 damage. The type of breath weapon depends upon the form of dragon,
Immunity to both sleep and paralysis,
And immunity to the form of energy that the creature has as a breath weapon.
