The Devil Lich poster springs to my mind!
Or anything by Erol Otus, really. Or from the other classic artists. Or the new artists....
...Sorry, I meant this to be helpful, but it became rather pear-shaped...

Over 30 years spent gaming, all sorts of systems, feel free to ask me anything, no guarantees I will have an answer.

Here, here! Cafe Press is the way to go for custom print jobs like this -- I've had very good success as both a customer and a vendor there.
Ideally, since it's virtually free to operate your store at Cafe Press, you could offer t-shirts of every single DCC cover or specific cover/prints of your favorite visuals/logos/items... And getting to recapture classics like the Torgo or "I Got Wasted By The Devil Lich" t-shirts would be an awesome chance for newer fans to really immerse themselves in all the gaming goodness here.
And I've got to say, getting t-shirts with Erol Otus art would be especially tasty -- Vault of the Dragon Kings, Legends are Made Not Born, The Sunless Garden or Mysteries of the Drow... Tres Chic.
And to add even more gaming goodness -- offer T-shirts from the ultra-rare and almost immediately out of print German and 1E products.
