Chronicle of the Fiend and 4E

Post by Whizbang Dustyboots »

Historically, it's taken a good amount of time to get the DCC tournament modules all prettied up (and probably cleaned up) for a mass market release. By the time this latest tournament module is ready to go, the closing bell will be ringing for 3E.

So what's the plan? Release it as the last great meatgrinder of 3E? Hold it for a few months and convert it to 4E?

Awesome. Then, when someone asks me what I got for Christmas, I can say, "Chronicle of the Fiend". I'll be popular at church functions.

Ha! OK.

Given the bloody nature of DCC tournament modules, this might also be a good way to end a 3E campaign!
