The NEXT Generation of automated Character Sheet, featuring Dynamic Play for LapTop users and the ability to Apply Effects (while respecting the stacking rules) is now available for Players and Game Masters of Dungeons Dragons v3.5 !!

Dynamic Play?
For those who play D&D with a LapTop, TOS+ offers the LapTop worksheet, which shows you a screen full (no scrolling required) of information about your character AND which allows you to Play Dynamically. This means that you can add, in real time, Effects to your character during your game session!! For instance, activate your Ranger's Winged Boots to see your character gain a Fly speed. Your Barbarian character starts Raging? Simply type (or select) "Rage" to gain all the Effects of that ability! Your friend the Wizard casts Haste on your Rogue? Type 'Haste' and watch all the effects of that spell automatically being applied to your character (and patiently wait while you wait for your pen-based friend to manually scribble their Characters with the effects of Haste!)

Apply Effects?
An Effect is anything that has a 'value' which can be applied to your character. For instance, an Amulet of Health +2 grants a +2 enhancement bonus to your Constitution score. The Toughness Feat grants 3 bonus Hit Points. The Inspire Courage ability from a 3rd level bard grants a +1 morale bonus on attack and weapon damage (amongst other things). All these are Effects.

When playing D&D, you will encounter many such effects that need to be applied to your character. Yet, many of these effects do NOT stack together according to the stacking rules. For instance, if a character with an Amulet of Health +2 receives the Bear’s Endurance spell, does his Constitution score increase by another +4, for a total Constitution bonus of +6? No. Because Bear’s Endurance grants a +4 enhancement bonus to Constitution, which does not stack with the +2 enhancement bonus given by the Amulet of Health, only the highest enhancement bonus is used.

This is where TOS+ steps in: With its implementation of the stacking rules, TOS+ will automatically adjust the Character's Constitution score to respect the stacking rules (the character would gain +4 to his base score, and not +6, as enhancement bonuses do not stack)!
No need to worry about the stacking rules anymore!!

Customizations?
TOS+ is very customizable: create your OWN effects on almost everything. You want to create a magical hat that grants you:
  • +2 bonus on Bluff,
  • +10' speed bonus,
  • grants Darkvision 60',
  • and gives +5 levels of Sorcerer?
No problem! TOS+ is powerful enough allow you to do this (and still respect any stacking rules issues you might have forgotten about...!) You can apply customization to classes, races, wondrous items, rings, armors, shields, spells, powers etc etc!

TOS+ v1.20 has been released.
Here is a breakdown of the changes.

IMPROVEMENTS:
  • Improved: Applied the Standard Practices to the Races formulas
  • Improved: Applied the Standard Practices to the Classes formulas
  • Improved: Variant Classes will denote the type of variant in the Info section (BACK worksheet)
  • Improved: Spell Planners can now be used for any class (and even for a Scroll)
  • Improved: Adjust the Spells per day for casters even if not eligible
  • Improved: Spells per Day adjustments moved to BACK worksheet (from the customize worksheet)
ADDITIONS:
  • Added: the BULLET named cell to assist in creating 'standard' ability lists
  • Added: the TAB named cell to assist in creating 'standard' ability descriptions
  • Added: the Forest gnome vs Giant and the Forest Gnome vs Orcs/Goblinoids abilities
  • Added: the Unbodied Reads Mind ability for Unbodied
  • Added: the Manifester type, to help create psionic races or psionic gestalt characters
  • Added: the Bard Variants (Bardic Sage, Divine Bard, Savage Bard) class spells to their spell lists

  • Added: the ClassName SpellPerDayLvlX effect to add spells per Day to a Class. X is a spell level between 0 and 9.
  • Added: the classname All Spells Per Day Slots effect to adjust all the spells per day for a class
  • Added: The Visual Modes found on the FRONT worksheet (renamed to Vision & Senses) is now reprized in the INFO section on the BACK worksheet and on the STATS worksheet (as an Option that can be turned Off). Race creators do not need to add racial features for visual senses if their corresponding effect if created correctly
Compatibility Warning
  • Clerical Domains: Clerical Domains names have been appended to include the word Domain (Ex. Darkness Domain). This means that if you use a class with domains, you have to re-select the domain on the Customize Worksheet when you load your character in this new update. This is necessary because some domain names are also spell names!! (i.e. Darkness)
FIXES:
  • Fixed: The Flat Footed AC was incorrect for negative dex bonus for Familiar, Animal & Psicrystal worksheets
  • Fixed: In the Racial effect table, the 9th entry had a misspelled named cell for the "type" of Effect #4
  • Fixed: Gargoyles were missing their DR 10/Magic on the Front worksheet
  • Fixed: Druids were missing their bonus language
  • Fixed: Racial bonus languages were not being added
  • Fixed: The Expanded Knowledge [Psionic] feat was incorrect
  • Fixed: The Death, Destruction and Protection domains were missing the PE_LevelForDomain effect in their description
  • Fixed: Elan should not get Darkvision (exception to the Aberration type)
  • Fixed: Heal (Mass) had incorrect level for Clerics
  • Fixed: Pixies & Satyrs were missing their bonus feats (in the count of number of feats)
  • Fixed: Characters will not get a bonus feat if they don't have any INT score
  • Fixed: The Divine Grace ability was not active for Gestalt Paladin/Sorcerer
  • Fixed: Class skills for Aasimar, Kobold and Succubus
  • Fixed: Rage was not being added if from stacking classes
  • Fixed: The battle sorcerer has a wrong BAB
  • Fixed: The bard was not showing the Bardic Music features when stacked with other bardic music granting classes
  • Fixed: Typo in the Glory domain description
  • Fixed: Typo in the Strength domain description
  • Fixed: Boots of Striding and Springing were applying a wrong bonus type
  • Fixed: All Movement Speeds effect changed to All Movement Speed
  • Fixed: The duration of the Bardic Sage's music was lasting as long as the regular Bard
  • Fixed: The Epic Wizard Bonus Feats formula was incorrect (including the gestalt combos)
  • Fixed: The Parse Effect Assistant was missing the additional parameters

  • Charge, Flanking, On higher ground and Prone were not affecting Natural weapons
  • Fixed a small issue with 1 HD races and the tSel_Front_Allow1HDRace option
  • The description of the feat Devastating Critical was incorrect for the 2nd and 3rd weapon family group
  • The effect for the feat Epic Prowess was incorrect
  • The extra damage from the Overwhelming Critical feat was incorrectly mixed in with the normal weapon damage
  • Removed AC Bonus (Ex) from the EffectName worksheet as this is not really an effect ( AC Bonus Level (Ex) is!)
  • The Sleight of Hand Conditional Bonus from daggers was incorrect if different types of Daggers were selected
  • Dagger of Venom was missing its Sleight of Hand Conditional Bonus
  • Shuriken Weapon was giving a warning for the mwk and silver Shuriken ammunition
  • Brown bear had incorrect bite damage an extra skill (climb)
  • Smite evil/good was not stacking properly when multiple paladin-like classes were selected.

The Only Sheet+ version 1.40 has been released.

In this new update, TOS+ has been given the ability to automatically create Gestalts classes simply by selecting the 2 component class! Both core classes and custom classes may be used to create the Gestalt class, which means that thousands of combos can be created using the included classes and the hundreds of custom classes shares by the community!

Here is a breakdown of the latest changes :
IMPROVED
  • Added Automated Gestalt: The Ability to create any Gestalt out of any Class, including custom classes!
  • Automated the generation of HTML characters using Draconas' HTML Parser.
ADDED
  • Added the i_NONE, the i_NONEModif and i_NONEBonus named cells to handle 'empty' attributes
  • The Wild Shape (Su) Level Effect, the Wild Shape (Su) per Day Effect and the Elemental Wild Shape (Su) Level Effect
  • The Scent (Ex) Effect. It will show up in the Vision & Senses section on the Front worksheet
  • The True Sight Effect, from the True Seeing spell. It will show up in the Vision & Senses section on the Front worksheet
  • The Raging effect, used via the PE_Raging named cell to know if a Character is currently in 'Rage' mode
FIXED
  • Fixed the Psionic powers "Energy xyz" which had some discrepancies
  • Forest Gnomes had incorrect racial traits
  • Laptop nonlethal damage total had a small glitch
  • Epic Mystic Theurge was using an incorrect Spell level progression
  • Clearing a custom class was not clearing the class skills it had
  • The link to add custom armor was incorrectly pointing to epic armor instead
  • The Sorcerer lost one of his cantrips per day
