I'm done waiting. It's been long enough! I hired a Slugvarkian mutant Mindwrangler named Steve to mindplow Jim Wampler every night for Mutant Crawl Classics information. We have about half the rules done already and he assures me that for ten more pounds of mint yogurt and a tape of "Look What The Cat Dragged In" by Poison we can get it all.

He is a little less sure that Mr. Wampler will still recognize the color purple and odd numbers afterwards but.....you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

Well that certainly explains a few things at work today. :D

I think it is worth the permanent brain damage.

The rules preview is in the GG Gen Con Program Guide. There will be plenty of copies, have no fear. :)

It's GREAT news that it will be released!

It's fragging HORRIBLE news it will be released in 2016!(see 2016 releases)

I personally feel that My Goodman is Anti-Mutant and a Pure Lover with this I'll thought decision! Wait till NEXT YEAR SOMETIME?

Seriously? Does he know that for a measly BRBBP (bowl of radiated banana bread pudding) we can hire a Slugvarkian Meat Pummeler named Chris to radiate his bowl track or infect his lower intestines with Dodiggin Dungfleas?

UGG!

We are practicing being outraged here in order to try and give Mr. Goodman a hard time. It's already hard enough seeing as how its already 7/22 and next year is just a short wait. Pointing that fact out just kinda takes the wind out of our sails, come on man!

Just post a mutagenic rant and threated to irradiate Mr. Goodman's private parts like everyone else.

Remember, we want it NOW!

Without access to a time machine, there's little I can do to change the release schedule.

But I can make the waiting easier! You can join the MCC RPG Facebook group for sneak previews and the latest news...

Any news how the Gencon games are going?
Will those adventures be available when MCC is released?

The play tests went great. And these play tests were indeed for theoretical future publication.

For those of us that could not make GenCon, will the will the pdf version of the GenCon Program Guide be available soon? I have been wanting to slip some of the MCC material into my regular campaign for a while now.

The Dark Master said that the Goodman Games Gen Con 2015 program guide will eventually go on sale in the online store, but not when. So far as I know, it will be the dead tree version though.

Can you give some more details on what the guide contains about MCC? $30 isn't cheap.

Yeah, it's important to note that the 28 page MCC RPG preview rules (containing two sample classes, intro to the setting, sample mutations, and artifacts) is just the tip of the iceberg. The Gen Con Program Guide contains 4 separate DCC RPG adventures (including The Hypercube of Myt), an Xcrawl Apocalypse class, games, art folios, and too much stuff to detail. It's about 3/4" thick!

Here's a pic of the contents table:

What information can people who have the GenCon 2015 book or have play tested MCC let us know about what classes are available in MCC?

I know any information at this stage is "in development" but I'm interested to see what, if any, parallels can be drawn between DCC classes and MCC's.

I expect they are waiting for the dust to settle a bit more on Grimtooth and Monster Alphabet. Both are overdue because of stretch goals, and I think it's smart to 'clear the decks' a bit before kicking off another, er, Kickstarter...
