When is Mutant Crawl Classics going to be released to released in book form to the general public?

According to Saturday night's "What's New at Goodman Games" seminar at Gencon, they have the release date set for August 2017 but are optimistic that they will get it out earlier than that.

Will access to backerkit be possible for non-backers? Even at a slightly higher price point?
As an overseas customer it may be advantageous to take advantage of the KS logistics.

I got a message via kickstarter that an attempt will be made to make this possible. More news to follow when the stars align...
