This one isn't a preorder. It's already out.

Android Underlords was on sale at the Goodman booth at GaryCon last spring, and it's listed as being for sale on the Goodman Games store pages.

But I have sent in my preorder for the Deluxe Edition, and I'm really looking forward to it.

I can't say for certain, but I think so. At Gary Con they had this along with their Cthulhu modules and most of the DCC RPG modules. If they have copies, I anticipate Goodman bringing them along.
