I am suppose to get a copy, from preorders & special offer in June, of Well of the Worm. Is it released yet, and if so when will it be mailed to those that bought it?

As Gnomeboy noted, the best way to get answers on orders is to email Keith. As much as I (and Keith) would love to catch every post on the forums, Facebook page, Twitter feed, G+ page, etc., that's unfortunately not possible.
In general, all domestic Well of the Worm orders shipped out last week. International orders are going out this week.
