Index card-sized "DCC Played Here" template available?

My FLGS will let me post an index card-sized announcement for an upcoming game. I can cobble together one of my own but does one already exist?

All I see is a bracketed text that says attachment stuff stuff but no link or click button in there

image appears to be a .tiff file? Not sure if the format is what's causing everyone to not see it.
