I am very interested in the compromises you can come up with for treasure XP, encumbrance, etc. I'm tempted to take Stonehell and inject it with all kinds of crazy. It offers a lot of support for a living dungeon out of the box, at least as a a template. Maybe I should shoot higher and build it entirely myself but I'm not yet up to the task.

My last B/X campaign I managed a Lamentations of the Flame Princess-inspired encumbrance system without too much push-back, but it still seems too heavyweight for DCC.

I think I could happily switch to a carousing-for-experience system, though I might have to review the treasure quantities in prefab adventures.
