How do you manage a result of 20 natural on a saving throw against the effect of a higher spell ? Let's say the saving throw DC is 32, and the target rolls 20 on his saving throw, is this considered a failure ? Or should we consider that a natural 20 is always a success ? I'd be interested to hear your views on this.

Generally, that's how I handle it.

Natural 20 always succeeds, natural 1 always fails.
