I just was wondering how do you roll spells randomly? I can not find a chart for it or any thing else. Thanks in advance.

Look at the numbers in the first column on page 127. Apart from the second column (which has 27 results) the others have 24 (d24), 24 (ditto), 6 (d6), and 5 (d5). For the first column, roll a d30 and reroll anything above 27.
