Halfling movement speed
Is the Halfling movement the same as a Dwarf...20' per round? I failed to see it listed within the section of the book describing the Halfling.

Yes. Page 60, right column, in the middle:
Slow: A halfling has a base movement speed of 20’, as opposed to 30’ for humans.
