Using spells from other books?

I'm working on a book of monsters and other things for DCC. One of the monsters I'm working on would like to cast Disguise Self. There is no Disguise Self but there is Altered Visage from the adventure Emirikol was Framed. Can I use this?

I think Raven has you covered in that other thread (and personally, I think that's the best approach: make your own version of the effect you want) -- but ultimately you can check with Goodman Games directly to find out...
