Tempting for sure, but I'm curious at how experienced your friend is at managing a production chain and fulfilling physical rewards. Frankly the prices seem too low and that worries me.

Yes, to be sure NJPDX, this particular Kickstarter may not be for everyone.
I spoke to Britt last night, and he is gearing up for things. With the enormous success he is having on the Kickstarter, he is in place to purchase his own engraving machine instead of needing to farm that piece out to a third party. He has some great add-ons, and they are well on their way towards meeting several of the stretch goals.
These dice are perfect for a DCC wizard. I keep trying to talk him into creating some zocchi versions, which he may well agree to if he sees a market for them. If you haven't taken a look at these, please do.
