I too backed this, I wish I could forget that I did. April 2014, and nothing in the mail.

Last e-mail contact with Sean was 7/25/13, and I quote:
Your on my list I fully expect to dispatch during the month of August you should have it some time in september.

Many thanks

Yeah -- well, he's still active on youtube (moving to vimeo) as of a month ago. No e-mail contact from him, however.

It's blatantly obvious that he has defrauded his crowdfunding customers and stolen their money. Even so, Sean Conors still has the DCC License & is still selling pdf's via DriveThru.

If he's not planning to ship anything, and is making sales, the money from the sales should be used to refund those who backed the crowdfunding but have not gotten what they were promised.

After attempting to contact him by email, and no replies on the indiegogo, I posted on his youtube video. Im sure it will just be deleted, but hopefully he gets some bad publicity for his outright theft. Im out $50 and received zilch in material rewards. I did get a pdf from a kind friend. This behavior should not be tolerated. He should be prosecuted.

This would almost fall under mail fraud, or FBI jurisdiction:

or at the very least report him to the better business bureau for help.

Hi all, I received an email from Sean Connors this morning and was asked to forward this message:
Hi David,

Can you do me a favour

Most people orders have been fulfilled however there is quite rightly a lot of bad blood out there.

Can you post a message on the Dcc boards please..

If anyone requires a refund can they send an email direct to me sean.connors45@icloud.com

I will make sure money is fully returned.

Kind regards

Sean
As the artist that worked on this book, I was as disappointed as most the way the project panned out. Hopefully, this message from Sean is a positive sign about the shape of things to come.

???

He has an account here -- why not post it himself? Why not explain why he hasn't answered e-mails? etc.

And I'm not asking you, Shinobi -- it's more or less rhetorical.

I would just like the physical copies that were part of my payment for work done!

That said, friends, while you can and should pursue refunds, just be careful that this bad experience doesn't poison your outlook. What I mean is, don't let a sour experience taint the things around it.

I guess all it took was talking about the legalities of mail fraud, and he had a proxy make a statement?

I posted several unfriendly public messages with a link to the fundraiser on his YouTube videos. But i guess thats what it took. Its over for me. I still think its a great book.

Still no refund or print copy I paid for. Sean has my email and ignored repeated requests for a refund.

Sean did give a few refunds as mentioned above - sorry to hear not all requests are being honored here.

I had the idea of buying out the Patrons book from Sean at one point but I had no clear idea of how much it would cost me to fulfill outstanding orders - that combined with me wanting to rework some of the book and eventually make some money from what is a solid product but not knowing how to shirk the bad vibes attached to it.

huh Here in southwestern PA I got my copy ages ago (along with the Mulmo adventure). When it came in the mail, I wasn't even expecting it yet at the time.

I'm saddened by how this turned out. I was a backer, but never received a hard copy of the book. I did receive a refund.

I still think this is a great product. Is there any place to get a hard copy of this book?

Yeah, me too. :(

As far as I know, there is no way to gain a physical copy of the book, or of the modules. If you happened to receive anything physical as a backer (I did not, as an author), then you have a collector's item, I guess.

:(

It's not even a print option on Drive Thru Rpg. Shame.
