Luck for the Bad guys

Do monsters and NPCs have luck? - and can they burn it?

Did you see any luck info in the beta rulebook in the monster descriptions?

I've occasionally given NPCs a Luck score to burn. In games I always roll my dice in public, in front of the players, so they can see exactly what the result is. (This helps in games with high mortality rates...they don't question my rolls as much!) So they can also observe the Luck burn of the bad guys. But I don't give Luck to NPCs very often...only the "big bad guys."
