What's the save DC for spells? I couldn't seem to find this in the rules PDF. I'm guessing it's something like 10 + spell level + Int modifier.

Whatever the effect die roll was when the spell was cast.

Right. If the spell allows a save, it says something like "Will vs. check" or similar...
