dwarf fighter, elf wizard, halfling thief option

Optional rule idea to allow both more consistant racial abilities and more class variety at 1st-level for demi-humans:
A 0-level dwarf gains infravision, slow, underground skills, and speaks Common and dwarf as the class and a -1 penalty to agility. A dwarf advancing to 1st-level can take the cleric, warrior, wizard, or dwarf class. If the dwarf class is selected, the dwarf gets a +1 bonus to stamina.
A 0-level elf gains infravision, immunities, vulnerabilities, heightened senses, and speaks Common and elf as the class and a -1 penalty to stamina. An elf advancing to 1st-level can take the thief, warrior, wizard, or elf class. If the elf class is selected, the elf gets a +1 bonus to agility.
A 0-level halfling gains infravision, small size, stealth, and speaks Common and halfling as the class and a -1 penalty to strength. A halfling advancing to 1st-level can take the cleric, thief, warrior, or halfling class. If the halfling class is selected, the halfling gets a +1 bonus to agility.
