Awesome GenCon!

Thanks to Harley and Doug for an awesome time at GenCon. I played in two of Harley's games and it was a blast! Seeing the new cover in color and in person was amazing as well. My wife even had to run Doug's booth for him since she rolled a 4 on the Table of Doom.

You bitch, you killed Nick! I played your fellow thief, and was sad to see you go (face hacked off with a crit from a small child, if I remember correctly). Great to play with you. DCC was a blast. I went to my FLGS yesterday to order my own copy. Thanks to Harley for running such a fun table.

Only got to play in one DCC game over the weekend, but it was the best event I attended. Really got me looking forward to some regular DCC gaming this Fall.

Harley may remember me as I was the first who showed up for the Saturday game with a handful of generics, hoping to get in. There were FIVE others right behind me who did the same. And STILL there was a full table of players, all with legit tix, who showed up to play. Argh! (Although he graciously offered to run a game for the generic holders later that night, but I had other plans I couldn't weasel out of.)

What galls me is that, due to a scheduling conflict, I was to play in Harley's DCC game at Gary Con back in March, but I missed it. Seems like I'm STILL trying to regain that seat at the table!

Starting to make plans for GaryCon, my wife even said "Go for it!". Might be a good driving trip since I flew to Indy this year.
