I'm New to DCC RPG
I just bought the book of amazon and I haven't gotten hold of it yet (I have really small hands). But I have one question that I can't seem to find an answer to. That is.. what's with the editions? Are the all editions compatible or do they differ?
If the book has the answers I apologize on behalf of my ADHD and not being able to wait

Re: I'm New to DCC RPG
"Dungeon Crawl Classics" started out as a module line for 3.x era gaming.
There were also 4th Edition D&D DCC modules.
When Goodman Games decided to put out its own game, the modules followed suite. From 66.5 onward (Doom of the Savage Kings) all DCC modules are written specifically for the DCC rpg.

It is also worth checking to see if your copy is thoroughly greased up. I think about 1-in-100 are -- that might explain things.mummson wrote:...and I haven't gotten hold of it yet (I have really small hands).

Mine seemed not greased enough .. so I criscoed it and that's when things got "out of hand".GnomeBoy wrote:It is also worth checking to see if your copy is thoroughly greased up. Please let me be the first to suggest that there are some really excellent third party DCC products out there for your enjoyment and the confounding of your players. Naturally, I would suggest anything by myself (Daniel J. Bishop), but also lots of stuff by other folks.

Or you could make a couple of characters and join a play-by-post game currently running on this site!
