We need to be able to buy a DCC based on an ancient culture.
Like Egyptian, Babylonian, Hittite, Assyrian, etc.
We have several quality adventures for d20 on the market that could use a rockin'-cool boost in the arm with a vicious dungeon crawl side quest.

heh
tell me about it, I'm an archaeology major specializing in roman settlement/economic patterns. Lets just say that in my campaigns, it isn't unusual to see dwarven legions stomping around, building marching camps and making a nuisance of themselves.
*grin*
I'd definitely be interested in seeing settings modeled on or displaying aspects of ancient civilizations. Though, sourcebooks specifically about actual ancient civs seem a little silly to me. For the most part, they wouldn't make for good adventuring and there's tons of information out there anyhow.

Have you seen either of the two I mentioned? The adventures are really grand in my opinion. Necropolis is going to be the end of a campaign for the PCs I'm DMing. I want to have several side quests to break up this long adventure and DCC would do fine.
I agree that a "source book" w/o the focus being the adventure would be silly.

In a word: YES!Anybody out there interested in a Hindu/old India DCC?
I always try to work some India into my campaigns...in one I had the monastic orders set up that way, in another there's a Raj that's the token "rival foreign power" element to the game.
If I'm not mistaken, aren't you the guy who did Complete Guide to Rakshasa?
Strong book, by the way.
