Anyone played it? If so, what did you think? I'm looking into incorporating it into my Eberron campaign.

Recently purchased Rumble in the Wizard Tower at at local hobby store's going-out-of-business sale  Damn! That was a fun read and totally matches what I aim for in my Eberron campaign.

I've got WFF 2 on order and am scrambling to find 0 and 3.

WFF#3 just shipped from the printer this week... meaning it will be in stores in about three weeks.

Received Against the Iron Giant on Monday and reviewed it last night. Sweet! My players are going to kill me with the hurtin' I'm going to inflict on their PCS

Well, this is a late post, but...

My group is currently going through WWF#2 and having a blast. While they have barely gotten up to the Giant's torso (so far), some of the players have said its the funnest adventure they have EVER been in (and they've played D&D for 10+ years)!

I'll keep posting as we get further.
(A side note: we are playing Castles & Crusades, so I'm making quick (and easy) conversions as we go).

Session #2: they made it up to the Giant's hips, down the other leg, and back up to the 'belly'.
Everyone is having a blast (especially with the vertical combats in the levitation tubes).

As a DM, this adventure seems like a perfect mix of puzzles, traps, and combat. While it is lite on roleplaying, my group prefers it that way.

I can only think of one adventure flaw so far: the whole thing feels too "sci-fi" instead of fantasy (my players even commented that the adventure would convert well to Dark Heresy or Traveler). I've tried to adjust this in the descriptive text by using "walking castle" instead of "giant robot" types of descriptions.

I have the whole set of WFF products, and they are all amazing. I'm more enthusiastic about the first few since they are non-4E in nature, but as I'm starting to figure out 4E I may give the new one a try soon.
