Goodman Games

I just picked up the Etherscope books available at Paizo for $3 each. I am now looking at the PDF of the core book. It's cheaper at RPGNow, but the picture and item number on RPGNow match the original, hardcover core book, whereas the picture on Paizo match the updated softcover edition. Is this correct or is RPGNow's copy also the updated version?
