Zepcars

Are zepcars used in both the prime material world and the Etherscope or just in the Scope?

Absolutely in prime reality; I didn't see any references to them being used in the scope. although I'm sure that someone could write a program to do it in the scope easily enough.

Absolutely correct. Zepcars are ether-powered vehicles for use in the Prime, but I'm sure there are programs that will provide similar conveyance in the Scope.
