question regarding 3.5 compatibility

I notice some of the older mods have been converted to 3.5, and I was just wondering, are all the new ones 3.5 compatible? If not, at which point do they become so? Thanks.

The only two DCC's that weren't 3.5 were #1 and #2. At this point they've both been updated to 3.5 rules and reprinted, so all available DCC's are 3.5-compatible.
