I always thought that this had to be the deadliest prelude to an adventure ever written. How many tournament teams died on the approach? It's like the DCC version of K2. :twisted:

As a backup judge that year, I remember reading this and thinking, "Oh my god! These players may not make it past the first 30 minutes!" :) Awesomely challenging sequence. (And a great map, Ben!)
