Chatterswords

What would be the stats on cogling sized chattersword (medium)??
since a chattersword is essentially a greatsword with an extra d3 damage from the chain, i would say just change it from 2d6+1d3 to the daamge for a small great sword +1d3 (or 1d2)
otherwise, nothing changes (well, OK, the weight changes as standard for weapons for smaller users, but otherwise...)
