I was wondering, is it too early to give us any details on tik'toks? I was wanting somethign similar, so I used the Warforged from Eberron in my game, but I just now noticed them in the Steam Warriors blurb, and I didn't want to change Highpoint too much, you know?
Another question: are you going to use the living construct traits from Monster Manual III on them? I do believe you can ask WotC to use things like that. *not sure how the rules go on that, beyond asking for permission and crediting the original source*

At this point it's a little too early to give out details on the tik'toks. I can say that they don't use any WotC material. BTW, I think you'll really like Steam Warriors; it's *packed* with ideas for DragonMech characters. I wish I'd had a lot of this material earlier in my campaign because it's very useful!
